Import Flooring provides Free Shipping to customers within the 48 continental US States & Hawaii for orders of $50 or more.
Delivery Information
Most rug orders leave our facility in Southern California within 1-3 business days. We ship our products with UPS©, FedEx© and other reliable carriers.
Custom rug orders usually takes 3-7 business days for production. In the event of a shipment delay, a customer service representative will notify you by e-mail.
Ordering more than one item on the same day does not guarantee that you will receive all of your order together. Larger merchandise may need to be shipped separately through freight or cargo carrier. You may need help in bringing it inside the house or office. In anticipation of your delivery, we advise you that there should be someone present to receive the rugs and help the driver unload the carpet.
If you require Inside Delivery (bringing the item inside your house) or an unusual delivery method, such as the need to carry products up many flights of stairs, the freight carrier may add surcharges to your order. These services are considered by the shipping company as an additional handling charge distinct from the regular freight services.
Once a product has been delivered to the address provided, it becomes the customer's sole responsibility to ensure the item(s) arrive at the final destination. We urge you to thoroughly check the materials/carpets for any visible damage before signing off any paperwork. Damages must be reported to us ASAP or you can do this by simply refusing shipment.
Import Flooring does not ship to Guam or P.O. Box addresses, including Army or Navy (Fleet) P.O. addresses.

Rush Orders
For an additional charge we can rush your order. To inquire about a rush shipment for your order, e-mail our customer service department. (Rush deliveries not available to Canada.)
International Orders and Shipping
Alaska and Canada are subject to shipping charges. For Alaska, shipping charges will be 20% of the total sales amount. There will be a 10% shipping cost on all items shipped to Canada. All our prices are shown in US dollars. Since all items are shipped from the US, Canadian residents should add 5-10 days for delivery.
Any customs duties, fees and/or taxes that maybe incurred on shipments outside the United States are the customer’s responsibility.
