Import Flooring provides Free Shipping to customers within the 48 continental US States.
Delivery Information
Most rug orders leave our facility in Southern California within 2-3 days. We ship our products with UPS©, FedEx© and other reliable carriers.
Allow 2-14 business days to receive your order. (For custom rug orders allow 5-14 days.) In the event of a shipment delay, a customer service representative will notify you by e-mail.
Ordering more than one item on the same day does not guarantee that you will receive all of your order together. Larger merchandise may need to be shipped separately via FedEx National or a similar cargo carrier.
Freight or cargo carriers may request additional charges if your delivery poses unusual challenges, such as several flights of stairs.
Import Flooring does not ship to Guam or P.O. Box addresses, including Army or Navy (Fleet) P.O. addresses.

International Orders and Shipping
Alaska, Hawaii, Puerto Rico, Virgin Islands and Canada are subject to shipping charges, ranging from 30% to 40% on all orders. For Alaska and Hawaii, shipping charges will be 35% of the total sales amount, for Puerto Rico there will be a 50% charge and for the Virgin Islands a 100% shipping charge will be added. There will be a 25% shipping cost on all items shipped to Canada. All our prices are shown in US dollars. Since all items are shipped from the US, Canadian residents should add 5-10 days for delivery.
Any customs duties, fees and/or taxes that maybe incurred on shipments outside the United States are the customer’s responsibility.
